Cripple Creek Colorado Steam Train

2 Просмотры
Located in central Colorado in the mountains directly to the west of Colorado Springs, the Cripple Creek and Victor narrow gauge railroad takes visitors on a 45 minute long train ride through Colorado mining history. During the summer season, trains leave every 70 minutes from the historic 1894 built depot in Cripple Creek. In this video, we’re going to follow the little railroad along its approximately 2 mile long rail line. Pulling the train is locomotive Number 2. Number 2 was built by Henschel in 1936 with an 0-4-0 wheel arrangement. We’ll begin our trip in Cripple Creek and head south as we experience old Colorado mining country.
